Conditions and Restrictions on the Supply of Goods and Services
1. Scope of application
This Policy sets out the conditions and restrictions on the supply of goods and services on the Cambox.vn Website owned by EVOS Vietnam Technology Joint Stock Company, and applies to all customers who carry out transactions to buy digital devices, technology devices, and digital accessories on the Website.
2. Customers
The Website supplies products to:
- Individuals.
- Household businesses.
- Enterprises.
- Dealers.
- Organisations that wish to lawfully purchase and use products in Vietnam.
Customers must have full civil act capacity as required by law, or must transact through a lawful representative.
3. Scope of goods supply
- The Website supplies goods within the areas that the Company or its shipping partners are able to serve.
- For special areas such as islands, remote areas, or areas with limited transport conditions, delivery times, shipping costs, or the ability to supply products may differ from the usual information provided.
- Where delivery to the address requested by the customer is not yet supported, the Company will proactively notify the customer so that both parties can agree on a suitable arrangement.
4. Conditions on goods
Products supplied on the Website must satisfy the following conditions:
- Be permitted to circulate under Vietnamese law.
- Have a clear origin and source, based on information provided by the manufacturer or importer.
- Have technical information, user instructions, and warranty terms for each type of product (where applicable).
- Be inspected before being handed over to the shipping unit or delivered directly to the customer.
- Some products may show minor differences in colour, packaging, included accessories, or design between production batches, without affecting their function, quality, or intended use.
5. Ordering conditions
An order is established only when:
- The customer provides full contact information and a delivery address.
- The order information is confirmed in the system.
- The goods are still in stock or can be supplied.
- The customer has fulfilled the payment obligation for orders that require prepayment.
The Company has the right to contact the customer to verify information before processing the order, where necessary.
6. Cases in which the Company may refuse or cancel an order
The Company has the right to refuse to accept or to cancel an order in the following cases:
- The product is out of stock or can no longer be supplied.
- The order information is incomplete, inaccurate, or cannot be verified.
- The customer cannot be reached to confirm the order within a reasonable time.
- The selling price or product information is displayed incorrectly due to a technical fault, system error, or data-entry error.
- There are signs of fraud, impersonation, speculation, or a violation of the law.
- The customer fails to fulfil the payment obligation as required.
- The supply of goods is affected by a force majeure event.
In the cases above, if the customer has already paid, the Company will refund the amount received in accordance with the applicable regulations and by a suitable method.
7. Purchase quantity limits
To ensure supply capability and protect the interests of multiple customers, the Company may set a maximum purchase quantity for certain products or promotional programmes.
Any such limits (if applicable) will be announced on the Website or at the time the order is confirmed.
8. Warranty and after-sales service conditions
Warranty, exchange/return, and technical support are carried out in accordance with the warranty policy and the exchange/return policy published on the Website.
For products with a warranty from the manufacturer or distributor, customers must provide the invoice, proof of purchase, or other documents required by the applicable regulations in order to receive support.
9. Restrictions on product use
Customers are responsible for:
- Using the product for its intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- Not altering the structure or technical specifications of the product, or interfering without authorisation with its hardware or software, where doing so could void the warranty or create a safety risk.
- Complying with the law when using devices with recording, audio-recording, data-transmission, or network-connection functions.
The Company is not liable for damage arising from using the product contrary to the instructions, for a purpose other than intended, or in violation of the law.
10. Restrictions due to force majeure
The Company is not liable for delay or failure to supply goods or services in cases of force majeure, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters.
- Fire.
- Epidemics.
- War.
- Riots.
- Strikes.
- Widespread telecommunications failure or power outage.
- Decisions of a competent state authority.
- Disruption of the supply chain or transportation beyond the Company's control.
In such cases, the Company will notify customers within a reasonable time and work with them to agree on a resolution.
11. Policy amendments
The Company has the right to amend, supplement, or update the conditions and restrictions on the supply of goods and services in order to comply with the law or to meet business operating needs.
The updated version will be published on the Website and will take effect from the time it is posted.
12. Effect
This Policy takes effect from the date it is published on the Cambox.vn Website and applies to every transaction arising on the Website.
