• "Video": Audio and visual data recorded by the User through CAMBOX.
• "Data": Includes videos, images, system logs, account information, and other data generated during use.

The User agrees to:

• Provide accurate information upon registration.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their account and password.
• Not share their account with unauthorized individuals.
• Not use CAMBOX for any unlawful purposes.
• Not record video unlawfully in violation of applicable laws.
• Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under their account.

CAMBOX reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upgrade or modify features.
• Perform system maintenance.
• Limit or refuse service if fraudulent behavior or actions detrimental to the system are detected.
• Delete data upon the expiration of the storage period according to the service plan or as required by law.

• The User retains all ownership rights to the videos and data they create.
• The User is solely responsible for the legality of the data they upload or record.
• CAMBOX assumes no responsibility or liability for User-generated content.

• Designs
• Documentation

CAMBOX strives to maintain stable services but does not guarantee:

• 100% uninterrupted continuous service;
• The absence of network errors or downtime;
• No interruptions caused by third-party incidents.

We collect the information necessary in order to:

• Receive and process orders.
• Deliver goods and provide warranty services.
• Support customers while they use the product.
• Update order status.
• Provide promotional programmes and offers (if the customer consents).
• Fulfil obligations required by law.

The information that may be collected includes:

• Full name.
• Phone number.
• Email address.
• Delivery address.
• Business information (if a VAT invoice is required).

Customers have the right to:

• Request that information be deleted once it is no longer necessary.

Option 1: Delete directly in the app (recommended)

• Sign in to the CAMBOX Mobile app.
• Go to the Personal / Profile section.
• Select Delete account and enter your password to confirm.

Option 2: Send a request by email

• Email support@cambox.vn with the subject "CAMBOX account deletion request".
• CAMBOX will process the request within 72 business hours.

Grace period

• The account enters a pending-deletion state for 30 days. During this time, you can sign back in to cancel the deletion request and restore the account.
• The account’s phone number and email are reserved throughout this period and cannot be used to register a new account until deletion is complete.

Data permanently deleted

• After 30 days, all order-packing videos together with their thumbnails, avatar images, passwords, login sessions, and device tokens are permanently deleted from the CAMBOX system and cannot be recovered.

Data retained after deletion

• Basic identifying information (full name, phone number, email) of the account owner and of the members belonging to the deleted store.
• Transaction and payment history, for accounting and reconciliation obligations.
• Service-usage figures in aggregate form (excluding video content).
• The account-deletion reason, if you provide one when submitting the request.

Purpose and limits of retained data

• Retained data is used only for accounting and reconciliation obligations, service improvement, and support if you return to CAMBOX.
• Only authorized CAMBOX administrators can access it; this data is not used for marketing contact without your separate consent.
• You may request further deletion of this retained data via support@cambox.vn or the hotline; CAMBOX will verify your identity and process it in accordance with applicable law.
